In the batching section, precisely measured raw materials are added to the ribbon mixer through a negative-pressure feeding hopper for mixing. Simultaneously, liquid additives are evenly sprayed into the mixer via high-pressure nozzles. The initially mixed materials are then conveyed by a screw feeder to a disc feeder for temporary storage.

In the grinding section, the disc feeder supplies materials quantitatively to the airflow mill. When the particle size meets the standard, the materials are collected via a cyclone separator and dust collector.

In the transfer section, the ground materials are conveyed by a screw feeder to a twin-shaft mixer for further thorough blending. The final qualified materials are packaged using a packaging machine.

In the environmental protection section, dust generated throughout the production process is collected by an air extraction system and treated through environmental protection equipment before being discharged into the atmosphere.
